• Time Frame: Initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if defective or damaged.
